While all bookings at Z Hotels are non-refundable and non-transferable, we recognise that these are exceptional and extraordinary times. As such, for all guests with check in dates for May and early June 2020, we would like to offer you the opportunity to re-book your accommodation with us anytime within the next two years (up to 31 March 2022). We would kindly request that you advise us of your new dates before 31 January 2021.
For all guests with check in dates for late June/July 2020, we are also happy to accommodate any change of date request but we would kindly ask you to contact us two weeks prior to your arrival date as we are currently prioritising May enquiries and bookings at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.
For all guests with check in dates after 4 July 2020, please contact us again two weeks prior to the check in date.
While our hotels may be temporarily closed, our teams are actively working around the clock to support you. However, with the high number of emails that we are receiving at this time, we kindly ask you to please bear with us and we will respond to your emails as quickly as possible.
When will we re-open?
We continue to take advise from UK government regarding safe travel and accommodation. Our priority remains the wellbeing of our teams, our guests and all our partners. This will include "smart distancing" and "work safe" guidance for all.
