Absolutely wonderful
This was our 3rd visit to this superb hotel. We were treated like visiting royalty. This trip was to celebrate my birthday and the whole staff rose to the occasion. It is hard to single out one individual in such a terrific group, but Batsy is great. The hotel is new, very comfortable, situated in one of the best spots in Bath.Absolutely central
Cannot praise more highly
A must stay place in this lovely city -
A perfect place to stay at while visiting bath
A lovely spot just across the way from the Theatre Royale and many restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and were always doing their best to make sure we were both happy. Rooms were nice, stayed in the queen room with no window which wasn’t a problem. Air conditioning was working perfectly and the shower was nice too. Beds were comfy and the facilities in the hotel were nice. There is free cheese and wine between the hours of 5-8 which is very nice and has a range of different food items available. Breakfast was nice, but a bit limited. However, for the price you pay it serves its purpose. All in all, it is a great location and perfect for a tourist to spend a couple nights while visiting Bath

Definitely worth to try!
We stayed at this hotel last week, and we were amazed! We paid £50 for a night so we weren't expecting that much, but our stay was fabulous! All the receptionists and staff we met were all very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and cosy. The cheese and wine is definitely a plus, and is such a nice treat after a long day. The location of the hotel was very convenient, in the middle of the centre and close to the station. If I'm visiting Bath again, I'll make sure to book this hote

Worth every penny!
Fantastic Hotel and genuinely worth every penny!
The location is unrivaled and we were a stone's throw from all of our favorite food/drinks spots.
The staff are extremely welcoming and made the check-in/check-out process seamless. Although there wasn't much of a need to interact with them, we were always greeted with a smile upon returning and leaving the Hotel.
The rooms are just what we need for our 1-night stay. Quaint, clean, and the layout was excellent. These rooms are indeed smaller than your standard hotel room but for the price you pay and the location, they are so so worth it...
A good supply of towels and toiletries and the Tv with Sky/BT channels is a nice bonus!
If you are looking for a well-presented, easily accessible, and affordable hotel in Bath, I couldn't recommend The Z Hotel highly enough!
We will definitely be returning. 10/10.
