Theatre Break. Brilliant Hotel!
Second time I've stayed in this chain of hotels. They are superb! So modern and clean. Okay the rooms are small and maybe if we were staying for a week it might have been tight, but for a few nights, whilst visiting London, they are brilliant value for money.
This one's location was great, just across from Trafalgar Square, nice easy walk to the Royal Haymarket Theatre, which is why we were staying so it was perfect for us.
Lovely super white crisp bedding and towels. Great TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities. The lights and heating / aircon controls are all a push of a button away and great.
No issues at all, it was perfect for our visit to London. -
Friendly staff
Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Ideal base for sightseeing but the rooms aren't huge so wouldn't fancy staying for more than a couple of nights. Everything in the room you need. We went for a Queen room with a window which I highly recommend if you want more space. Very friendly staff, nice wine at reasonable prices and good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to book again

Great location amazing staff!
We had an overnight stay and went to see a show on the west end. The location of this hotel is walking distance to Covent Garden and very close to Charing Cross station, 3 min walk.
The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The inside rooms are small and we upgraded for £10 to a window room.
Really nice stay and would definitely come back here -
Very happy with our stay, would recommend to others and stay again!
Clean, professional and contemporary. Excellent location for what we needed, great selection of tea and coffee in the room. We were able to store our baggage once we checked out so we could sight see bag free.
Very friendly, professional staff. -
Fantastic
Grade A+ for Z Hotel Trafalgar. Everything about our stay was fantastic! I booked this with my AA points and it was the only hotel in the West End that I could get with the points I had available. We are thrilled with the service, cleanliness, condition, guest service - everything. Yes, the rooms are small, but everything is so well designed that it didn’t feel small at all. The control panel next to the bed adjusts all he lighting as well as the blackout shade on the window (definitely a plus!). The bed is firm, which we prefer, and the pillows are a down alternative style. I forgot to ask if they had a different pillow since I don’t love these you but it wasn’t a big deal.
Location is everything! We saw two shows and the theaters were both within a five minute walk. There are two tube stops within a 7 minute walk making this an extremely good location to use as a base in London. Tons of restaurants, shops, and a fabulous coffee and dessert place just down the street.
There’s fruit-infused water available when you enter the hotel which is another nice plus. They have a small but sleek bar area that serves drinks and a small selection of food 24/7 which is unheard of in my area. We got out of a show fairly late and couldn’t find anywhere that interested us to eat. It was almost 11 and I remembered the bartender to,d me I could order anytime. So we shared a pizza and had some wine. Just perfect for the late night munchies.
Earlier in the day I had a delightful drink called a Pimms & Gin Fling. The friendly bartender Ablin carefully crafted it for me and it’s one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. So well balanced that I had to have another before we left for our show.
We’re coming back to London in two weeks and hope to stay here again!
