Consistently clean and good quality for the price
Now my third or fourth visit over a few years and I have to say, the Z hotel offers a really good experience. Worth going up on the room size as the rooms can be a bit small. But nevertheless, for a comfortable bed, quiet room, very clean bathroom, easy check in and location, it ticks a lot of boxes.

Wha a delightful way to spend a weekend. It's like staying in someone's beautiful London home....
We arrived on Saturday afternoon and the relaxed approach from the staff made us feel immediately at home. The welcome was natural and non-intrusive but genuinely warm. Being at this hotel is like straying at someone's beautiful London home, the rooms were so comfortable and the strong architecture was up-lifting. The beds are the most comfy we have ever experienced and no noise from traffic, despite being on the ground floor next to the road. Everything works, the showers and sink are all modern and clean. We'll definitely stay again

Amazing staff
The staff here are more than helpful, they are friendly and all seem genuinely interested in doing the best they can. This is my second stay here and I intend to return and recommend Z Hotels for their cleanliness, quirky rooms (yes, they're small but well designed) and the 5-8pm cheese and wine is a great idea. Have met interesting people and think this 'community style' is missing in most hotels, specially in London

Comfortable. homely, rooms, superb in all respects
I fell and broke my leg so had to be in the hotel room for a month. They were absolutely wonderful. My family were also staying we all loved it. Great service, perfect location and immaculate rooms. They went out of their wat to help me and even brought some meals to my room. Unbelievable in every way.

Very satisfied
If I come back to Londo I would stay at this hotel again. It is located in the center a stone's throw from the metro! Very kind staff.
I got a king room, the room was in the normal size to accommodate two people, the closet was big, the bed was very comfortable and soft, the environment was super clean and every day they changed the linen!
Wi-fi is free and they also provide you with water, tea, and chocolate!
I was very satisfied.
