Our Z Club Rooms are expanding across all our London hotels.  Currently available at Leicester Square, Gloucester Place, Piccadilly, Holborn & Trafalgar.

  1. What is available in a Club Room?

    Our Z Club Rooms add a little extra space and include breakfast, complimentary hot and cold snacks and all refreshments throughout the day. Perfect for a pre-drinks or nightcap before or after your night out. 

    Coming soon : There will be a Nespresso coffee machine for you start your day with a boost, and a sweet treat will await you on your arrival. 

  2. Is breakfast included in your room rate?

    Our unlimited buffet includes a continental selection, freshly baked pastries, a healthy granola station and hot breakfast flatbreads—with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options too. And yes: fruit juices, teas and barista coffee are all included.

  3. What is available in a Z Café?

    You’ll also find sandwiches, pizzas, sides and salads - plus sweet treats throughout the day. And when it’s time to unwind, choose from soft drinks, tea & barista coffee, spirits, cocktails and an extensive wine list, available from our cafés 24/7.

    As a Z Club guest enjoy a daily cheese buffet with wine as well as 24/7 availability of our cafe menu.

  4. Do Club Rooms have hairdryers and toiletries?

    Yes, we do, and our hairdryers are super speedy too.  We also offer complimentary shampoo, shower gel and soap. 

  5. Where can I store my suitcase?

    Our cleverly designed rooms allow for suitcases to be stored under your bed.
