Perfect for the job
My soon-to-be teenage son had a late night event in Soho and it worked for us to find an inexpensive place to stay in the West End. Z Piccadilly was perfect. It is pretty new (or at least it looked and felt that way). The concept is compact luxury, and I certainly felt that Z have nailed it. We had a Double Room which is certainly compact but would work well for a lone traveller or a couple (who, I hasten to add, must know each other pretty well as there are no solid walls between the room and the bathroom) and who don't have much luggage as there is no storage. There are tea/coffee/hoc choc making facilities on the small side table.

Exceptional
Great value for money, fantastic location with easy access to tube and busses if wanting to explore London. Really friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to family and friends and would book Z Hotel again.

Great Location and clean friendly hotel
This hotel is perfect for any tourist visiting London. A stones throw from Piccadilly circus giving you access to the tube and walking distance to anywhere in the west end. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful. The check in and checkout times are great. No rush. I'd definitely stay here again.
