Just what I needed
One night stay, and it was wonderful, bed super comfortable, great shower , great selection of channels on the TV, can't go wrong! I definitely felt well rested in the morning!
I enjoyed it has a quick stay, but I'm sure I would have enjoyed it if I stayed longer ! -
Customer Service
Yet to stay at this hotel, however been emailing back and fourth with Customer Service and I am very pleased with the interactions, quick replies, and help from Laura!
I am staying for as a surprise birthday visit, for my boyfriend and wanted to decorate the room with balloons before we check in. She was very helpful with this and is letting me come down a day before hand!
Wonderful customer service and I am extremely excited for my stay now! -
Impressive
Don't expect oodles of space or a window! Do expect a very modern, clean, well designed and value for money room with excellent customer service. We were really impressed. We arrived way before check in time and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, the same after checking out, and free of charge too. When we returned to check in there was no paperwork to delay us, they were very friendly and checked us in within about 30 seconds.
The room is so well thought through - comforable bed, TV, tabletop area with tea, coffee and hot chocolate, hangers and hooks, lighting and temperature control. Shower, toilet and sink with clean white towels. No noise disruption.
We loved the hotel and also loved being in the thick of it! We were going to the Palladium which was 3 minutes' walk away. There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants right outside the door. We had breakfast in a lovely Lebanese restaurant next door. We enjoyed the shops, especially Liberties which was just around the corner. We walked to Hatton Garden one day and Knightsbridge the next day.
All in all a great hotel: friendly and efficient customer service, excellent price for central London, great location and innovative and comfortable room. Can't wait to return. -
10/10 hotel with premium service
Central, very clean, and doesn't have a customer hostile attitude unlikely centrally located hotels.
I arrived way before the check-in time, fully expecting to have to spend a full day wandering around before I got settled in, but instead was offered complimentary early check-in AND an upgrade because a room was available.
I was delighted (and a little bit shocked).
A 10/10 hotel with premium customer service and, minimal, tasteful, modern rooms. -
Great hotel in the heart of the theatre district
We recently stayed at The Z Hotel Tottenham Court for one night before flying back home. Our entire experience from start to finish was excellent. The hotel is only three short blocks from the Elizabeth Line station, which is the best way to get to Heathrow from central London. The location of the hotel is superb. Right in the heart of the theatre district, surrounded by great restaurants, pubs and tube stations to take you wherever you want to go. The night we stayed, the street outside was positively heaving with nightlife, but in our room, you couldn't hear a thing. The room we booked, Queen, was tiny (120 ft²) but spotlessly clean and thoughtfully laid out. If you're travelling with just carry-on luggage, there's a good little spot under the bed for storage. If you're more heavily burdened, like we were, well, you're going to compromise on space. Welcome to the big city, people. The hotel does have a roomy lift, so getting your belongings to your room is a snap. The best part of the hotel, however, is the staff. Isabel, the duty manager, in particular, deserves a special shout-out. We had an issue with the airconditioning in our room and Isabel dealt with it swiftly and graciously. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Compact, clean, central hotel, good value and kind staff
2nd time staying here and once again chose the hotel as it's one of the closest hotels to the London Palladium, where I was attending a concert.
Great central location for shopping/entertainment, nearby tube access, compact rooms but perfect for solo traveller who appreciates a clean, safe rooms and no frills.
Perfect night's sleep despite being allocated the closest room to the bar/restaurant.
Appreciate the little extras like a bottle of water, tea/coffee/hot chocolate. plenty of clean fluffy towels.
Will be back again next time I'm at the Palladium!
