Just what I needed
One night stay, and it was wonderful, bed super comfortable, great shower , great selection of channels on the TV, can't go wrong! I definitely felt well rested in the morning!
I enjoyed it has a quick stay, but I'm sure I would have enjoyed it if I stayed longer ! -
Customer Service
Yet to stay at this hotel, however been emailing back and fourth with Customer Service and I am very pleased with the interactions, quick replies, and help from Laura!
I am staying for as a surprise birthday visit, for my boyfriend and wanted to decorate the room with balloons before we check in. She was very helpful with this and is letting me come down a day before hand!
Wonderful customer service and I am extremely excited for my stay now! -
Impressive
Don't expect oodles of space or a window! Do expect a very modern, clean, well designed and value for money room with excellent customer service. We were really impressed. We arrived way before check in time and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, the same after checking out, and free of charge too. When we returned to check in there was no paperwork to delay us, they were very friendly and checked us in within about 30 seconds.
The room is so well thought through - comforable bed, TV, tabletop area with tea, coffee and hot chocolate, hangers and hooks, lighting and temperature control. Shower, toilet and sink with clean white towels. No noise disruption.
We loved the hotel and also loved being in the thick of it! We were going to the Palladium which was 3 minutes' walk away. There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants right outside the door. We had breakfast in a lovely Lebanese restaurant next door. We enjoyed the shops, especially Liberties which was just around the corner. We walked to Hatton Garden one day and Knightsbridge the next day.
All in all a great hotel: friendly and efficient customer service, excellent price for central London, great location and innovative and comfortable room. Can't wait to return.
