Enjoyed our stay so much we booked a second night!
Currently staying our second night at the Z hotel, I normally only read trip advisor to read reviews and don’t normally go to the hassle of writing one myself however my expectation of the Z hotel were exceeded. We had booked a basic double room which had no window however on check in the gentleman at reception who was amazing offered us an upgrade to a bigger room for an extra £10 which we thought was really good so we did. On arrival the room was spotless and the bed was sooo comfortable best sleep we have both had in ages. The team at Z hotel were always so friendly and courteous and the complementary cheese and wine which they have between 5-8 was such a nice touch have stayed in 5 star hotels that have never provided any little extras like that. We were so pleased with our stay that we extended our trip and booked another room for tonight. Thank you so much to all the team for a wonderful experience

10/10 Service!!
Myself and my boyfriend have stayed at Z Hotel a number of times now as we just love it! Great location in the heart of Glasgow, rooms are immaculate and the staff are lovely! They have always went that extra mile for us whenever we have stayed for a special occasion, leaving some sweets and a personalised message! The prices for the rooms are an absolute steal as well for being in the location it’s in, hands down wouldn’t stay anywhere else now

Affordable and top quality
I have stayed in a lot of Glasgow city center hotels over the years and just found a little gem named Z Hotel. It's a lovely traditional Victorian building that fits in very well among the other common Victorian structures that are spread all over the city.
On arrival, I was given a warm welcome and my queries were answered politely, professionally, and promptly. I had only arrived and already know that I was going to enjoy my stay.
Entering my room was very pleasing as the room was very modern looking with everything I needed for my stay. Lovely, clean, and comfy bed, beautiful modern style shower and bathroom, hassle-free wi-fi, very good selection of teas/coffees, and a final surprise turning the Tv on to find satellite TV. Basically everything and more!
